Today we have
completely changed the way photographers can set up selling in their BlueMelon account. With the new Selling Setup
Wizard, you can have your business started in a few seconds without even going through the menus.
As a new photographer, before you can access any of
the selling tools, you will be presented with the new selling setup
wizard. This wizard helps you to set the basic selling settings in five simple steps.
In the wizard, you choose a currency, a text
watermark to be applied to all of your photographs, the highest image resolution displayed to a visitor to protect your originals, a
download price per photo or per album, and a markup for selling prints
and merchandise. That's it - you are ready to sell !
After you are finished with the wizard, you are free to customize the selling options further - such as to customize the
download products by adding licenses or limiting the resolutions, adding
other print lab products, changing prices, personalizing the watermark, creating discount coupons and so much more.
If you wish to re-run the wizard, thus overwriting
your current settings, you can do so from the selling dashboard page by
going to "Selling" >> "Dashboard".
